The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the spaciousness of the rooms and the basic amenities provided. It's hard to find a place in this area with such affordable prices. The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to a variety of places in the immediate area. Guests can easily walk down the street at night to find a deli or explore the vibrant neighborhood. The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide good service. They are responsive to guests' requests and make sure to meet their needs. The rooms on floors 3-7 offer stunning views down 1st Avenue, including a glimpse of the Empire State Building. It's a great sight to wake up to!
